Xi¡¯an, the ancient capital city of China, is well-known for her riches in history and culture and she attracts millions of tourists from in and out of China. Among all these tourists, some people are not to take a peek at the ¡°Terror cotta warriors¡± which are said to be one of the 8 World Wonders, neither to go to the foot of Li Mountain to satisfy their nostalgia, but to explore a wonderfully mysterious place---Xi¡¯an Kilin Building. Among them, there are Buddhism masters from other countries, also the ¡°Living Buddha¡± from inland China; there are Taoism Masters in their 80s, and famous people from all walks. Of course, most of them are ordinary people who come here to study Qi Gong and to treat their illnesses.
As for the mystery of Xi¡¯an Kilin Building, it IS filled with aspects that are beyond ordinary people. First of all, gathered here are a group of people who have supernatural capacities. After hearing their stories, you will not able to help say, ¡°My goodness!¡±; secondly, there are a lot of patients with unusual diseases who come here with the help of others and they were moaning and worried. Yet when they left, they stride out of the gate of Xi¡¯an Kilin Building, laughing and talking happily. This kind of change could happen in a few days, in a dozen days. Isn¡¯t it amazing? The poem on the sides of the building gate is the best description of these miracles: Coming inside to dismiss the disaster and enhance your happiness and intelligence; walking further inside to discover auspiciousness and freedom.
For anybody who knows it, Xi¡¯an Kilin Building is not mysterious. It is where Chinese Traditional Culture University resides. She locates in the Southeastern suburb of Xi¡¯an city, neighboring Xi¡¯an Jiaotong University. Chinese Traditional Culture University is not mysterious, yet she is a unique new-type university. She is built under Life Scientist Mr. Zhang Hongbao¡¯s Life Science and Tianhua Cultural educational view, aiming at training all sorts of life science study specialists. At the same time, this university teaches Chinese Health-care and Intelligence-enhancing Gong that was created by Mr. Zhang Hongbao, it also works at disseminating knowledge in Life Science, to enhance the health of general mass.
Chinese Traditional Culture University was an adult educating school, permitted by the Education Committee of Shaanxi Provincial government in 1992 to come into being. It has departments of Specialty Medicine, Esthetics and Arts, Economics and Management, Education and Management, Supernatural Personnel and some short-term training classes. It is unique in many ways, such as the educational goal, teaching management, the choosing of teachers and students. The President Ms. Feng Lin told us: (recordings)

- The university integrates the traditional Chinese culture and modern scientific knowledge into the curriculum.
- The university integrates the cultivation of ordinary people¡¯s skills and the development of specialty skills---it not only upgrades the levels of specialty skills, but also helps the students study modern science in a systematic way.
- The major goal in the university is to train personnel who specialize in health-care culture industry and who specialize in one particular skill and at the same time master multi-skills. Specifically, all the students study the specialty skills; at the same time, they are requested one to two skills: esthetics, teaching, specialty, management, secretary and public relations, etc.
- The relationships between the teachers and students, and students between students are doubled: they are teacher and students and friends and siblings. The bond is very strong and good at cultivating team spirit.
- We emphasize the training of true skills, instead of high scores at test and poor performance at work. When at training, we emphasize the specific skills instead of test results. This way, the students get a good study of the modern scientific and cultural knowledge, and also get to know the society well, and become good at practice and competitive in a commercial society. There is no worry of ¡°high scores and low performance¡± later.
- We aim high at training our students into high quality personnel. The university specializes in training the students to become health-care cultural industry managerial personnel in an intense, short term. All the graduates will be able to take important positions and any one of them will be good at managing.

Dear audience, Chinese Traditional Culture University has been running for over 2 years now. Under the guidance of Mr. Zhang Hongbao¡¯s Tianhua Cultural educational view, groups of graduates have been trained by the university and many of them have since been working well at the positions of research and management. Chinese Traditional Culture University also explored meaningfully in the fields of Life Science, such as Specialty Medicine, combination of Traditional Medicine and Western medicine, and Specialty Medicine treating drug addicts, etc., and has obtained some positive results. And specialty medicine just stands out in treating very difficult diseases, and offers very good effects and a new path for the health of the whole human kind.
