Establishing Zhang Hongbao Accident Background Investigation Committee
¡¡
Mr.
Zhang Hongbao, the leader of Zhong Gong, a biggest spiritual group in China, H.H.
Hongbao and Lifelong Honorary H.H. Hongbao of World Religion the Vatican, the
President of China Shadow Government, died of a car accident at 7:42 pm on July
31st, 2006, on the way to inspect a new Practice Base in Arizona, United States.
This accident shocked people within China and abroad. People of different
circles put forward their queries towards this accident and asked to investigate
the truth of the accident.
Mr. Zhang Hongbao is the founder of Zhong Gong and the leader of spiritual group
with 40 million followers which was cracked down by CCP. CCP¡¯s autocracy feared
that this spiritual group would turn into China¡¯s biggest opposed party, and Mr.
Zhang Hongbao, who had ability to take power and attract a great amount of
people to support him, would turn into a political leader. So they had been
making all means that they could make to extradite Mr. Zhang for execution.
Eliminating Zhang was only the one way to overthrow Zhong Gong and set CCP¡¯s
heart at rest.
Before 1999, CCP had ever taken actions for seven times to arrest him secretly
and one time to assassinate him. In 2000, when Zhang went to United States to
seek support and political asylum, CCP accused him by criminal perjuries, which
made him jailed in Guam for 444 days. In 2001, ZHANG gained political asylum of
United States and arrived at Washington DC. But CCP didn¡¯t stop their
persecution of him. After that ZHANG was once in house-arrest and entrapping.
Since March 15 2003, ZHANG was accused of five felonies like abduction, which
happened just at the time when he was preparing to establish China Shadow
Government for supervising CCP¡¯s dictatorial regime. Therefore he was involved
in more than 40 cases launched against him and was subjected to political
persecution ---- ¡°911 Decapitation Action¡± against him designed by CCP¡¯s agents
in United States for extraditing and executing him by taking advantage of United
States¡¯ law. On Feb. 28 2006, ZHANG won the criminal case of HE NAN FANG vs.
ZHANG HONGBAO and other cases against him were or lost or withdrawn, only the
civil case and the labor compensation case of HE NAN FANG vs. ZHANG HONGBAO
left. Obviously ¡°911 Decapitation Action¡± and a series of lawsuits against him
would defeat completely soon. But at this turning and hopeful moment, ZHANG
suddenly met with a car accident and passed away.
According to Mr. Zhang Hongbao¡¯s status and influence in the world and China,
his background and encounter, as well as many suspect points in his car
accident, we decide to set up ¡°Committee of Zhang Hongbao Accident Background
Investigation¡± and will find out the truth and background of Zhang Hongbao¡¯s
accident for consoling Mr. Zhang living in the heaven.

together by International Zhong Gong Headquarters and ¡°Committee of Zhang
Hongbao Cases Background Investigation¡±.
