All comrades of the Working Committee in Europe of the Democratic Party of China wish Mr. President a merry Christmas! On the days before this Festival, all overseas Chinese go into action to pray for Mr. Zhang Hongbao's getting freedom earlier. We hope Guam Immigration Bureau can carry out the court decision, release Mr. Zhang Hongbao immediately and return the right of freedom back to him. We consider any pretexts used by Guam Immigration Bureau are the trample on U.S. law. We firmly believe that you are the same as we to wish Mr. Zhang Hongbao got freedom before Christmas. We long for your reply.
